Subsidence Ltd is an engineering business based in the UK, offering a national service to homeowners, landlords and commercial property owners that are facing the challenges of subsidence in their properties.

At Subsidence Ltd we complete soil stabilisation and clay shrinkage treatment using resin injection, alongside all other associated subsidence remedial works, including cosmetic repairs, crack stitching, helibar installation, window/lintel replacements and general relevelling and reinstatement works.

The Subsidence Ltd team brings together the best-in-class personnel from the industry, collectively having over 30 years of experience in construction and over 16 years specifically in underpinning and resin stabilisation activities. The management and the operational team are fully trained, competent and provide the expertise required to deliver the work as a one-stop-shop activity for the customer. We believe that our operational teams deserve the best vehicles, plant and equipment to do the job, so their workplace is safe and a decent place to work. We are a diverse business and also aware of the need to bring the next generation of engineers into our industry; this is why we have a young apprentice in all of our engineering crews so that we build our business on solid foundations for the future.

Finally, we pride ourselves that we are a UK business, where all of our materials are UK sourced, and all our money is invested back in the UK, through the taxes we pay and through our employees, sponsorships and investment in training and apprenticeships.
